I’d like to check the status of my order, is this possible?
Tracking is not provided as standard on our parcels, however this can be provided when requested in advance.
Once you’ve placed your order, we aim to dispatch it as soon as possible. Once dispatched you will not receive email confirmation, however the estimated delivery times below will apply:
UK
3-5 working days delivery time from the date of dispatch. Please note this does not account for processing or packing times.
Europe
1-2 weeks delivery time from the date of dispatch. Please note this does not account for processing or packing times.
Rest of the World
2-3 weeks delivery time from the date of dispatch. Please note this does not account for processing or packing times.
Please note that delivery times quoted above should be used as a guide and in some instances may take slightly longer.
How do I access my eBook?
If you have purchased an eBook you can access your redemption code by clicking on the “View your order” button in your order confirmation email. You will then need to log in using the email address with which you placed your order. Once you have your redemption code, you will need to follow the guidelines on our eBook FAQs page.
How can I request an inspection copy or access to textbook ancillary resources?
Electronic inspection copies for selected titles and publishers are available to academic staff teaching a course in a directly related subject area. To request an inspection copy or ancillary materials, please complete the relevant inspection copy request form. Please note ancillary materials are only provided to academic staff who are able to provide evidence of adoption.
