Tammy Rush
Tamara N. Rush, MSN, RN, C-NPT, EMT, widely known as Tammy, is an accomplished nursing professional with an extensive career spanning over four decades. Tammy holds a Master of Science in Nursing from East Carolina University, earned in 2013. Her impressive career is marked by 42 years of dedicated service in pediatric and neonatal critical care nursing, with a particular focus on critical care transport management.Tammy's commitment to excellence is evidenced by her recognition as a 2016 Nursing Excellence Award recipient from Wake Forest Baptist Health and as one of the Great 100 Nurses in North Carolina the same year.

Additionally, she has served as a former International Trauma Life Support Instructor and a former member of the North Carolina EMS Advisory Council for Children.
Beyond her professional achievements, Tammy enjoys volunteering at her grandchildren's school events and working on her small farm. She also loves traveling across the United States in a motorhome with her husband, exploring new places and creating wonderful memories.
