Jennifer L. Bay

Dr. Jennifer L. Bay is a professor of English and faculty member in the professional and technical writing program at Purdue University. Her research focuses on community engagement, experiential learning, feminist rhetorics, and rhetorical theory. Her work has appeared in the Journal of Business and Technical Communication, Journal of Technical Writing and Communication, IEEE Transactions on Professional Communication, and Technical Communication Quarterly. For her extensive community engagement work, Bay has received Purdue University’s Service-Learning Award, Faculty Engaged Scholar Award, Faculty Engagement Fellow Award, and Jefferson Award.
