At the beginning of July, we were delighted to attend the International Society for Emotion Focused Therapy (ISEFT) Conference in Bucharest.
Over the two-day conference, we met hundreds of counselling professionals, academics, and researchers at the stand. A number of American Psychological Association (APA) authors were also giving talks throughout the conference, including:
- Leslie Greenberg, author of a number of books published by APA, including recent 2025 releases On Becoming Emotion-Focused and Learning Emotion-Focused Therapy, Second Edition
- Antonio Pascual-Leone, author of the upcoming publication Principles of Emotion Change
- Rhonda Goldman, co-author of Learning Emotion-Focused Therapy, Second Edition and Deliberate Practice in Emotion-Focused Therapy
- Anne Hilde Vassbø Hagen, author of Angry Kids, Angry Parents
