Paul Combs is cartoonist, illustrator, and firefighter/EMT. His lavishly detailed artwork is published worldwide in magazines, books, and corporate safety training material. Paul joined the fire service in 995, and has been a fire service instructor since 2 . He is currently a lieutenant for the City of Bryan Fire Department (Ohio) where he is a Firefighter, EMT, HazMat Technician, and instructor for the City of Bryan Fire Training Academy. Paul is an FDIC presenter and Hands-On-Training instructor, and recipient of the George D. Post ISFSI 2 8 Instructor of the Year Award.
